Through-Wall Sensing
Eira OS can already detect presence, motion, and breathing patterns through walls — without cameras in private spaces. This is proven, deployed technology.
Research institutions have demonstrated through-wall imaging using wireless signals — reconstructing human poses, detecting body positions, and creating visual representations using only radio frequency signals. No cameras. No line of sight. Just signals that pass through walls and come back with information.
Key Research Areas
WiFi Sensing
Researchers have shown that standard WiFi signals can detect human body poses through walls. The signals bounce off people and return with enough information to reconstruct skeletal positions — no cameras needed.
RF Imaging
Radio frequency imaging creates representations of objects and people through walls using signal reflection. Airport body scanners use this technology. We're exploring how it can be miniaturized for home and personal awareness.
Breathing & Micro-Motion
Current sensors detect presence and gross motion. Research shows the same signals can capture breathing rate, heart rate, and micro-movements — awareness that goes beyond 'someone is there' to 'how are they doing.'
Multi-Sensor Fusion
Combining through-wall sensing with cameras, environmental sensors, and AI creates a complete awareness picture. The sensors detect, the AI interprets, and Eira speaks — telling you what's happening without you having to look.

- Predictive Wellness — Using sensor patterns to anticipate changes in daily living routines before they become concerns.
- Custom Sensor Integration — New sensor modules that expand what Eira OS can perceive. If a sensor exists in your perimeter, Eira OS can probably connect to it.
